Freedom Ministries Lighthouse, Inc.

Founders: Joel & Aleta Winchester
The ministry of the Lighthouse started with Joel and Aleta in 2016. It was in a small town hall building where the Saturday night services would start. Joel always believed it was going to grow because of such a need here in Rabun county. As he continued to be faithful and pray God was at work in the background. Today God has provided property and a building where the Lighthouse Service will be held and three houses for 17 beds for men who struggle with addiction.

Jonny & Ashley York
Ashley believes God has called her into the field of addiction to help the ones who struggle. Ashley holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Addiction and Recovery. She is certified as an anger management specialist, certified in Relapse Prevention, and currently holds a level II credential as a certified addiction counselor.

Dan & Dena Crane
Dan is the director of the sober living facility and worked in an intense residential treatment facility prior to coming to the Lighthouse. Dan has been working in the field of addiction for over thirteen years. He is a native from Rabun County and believes God has called him and his wife back home to help the one's struggling with addiction.
Greg Gipson

Greg serves as a case manager/counselor and brings a lot to our men as he is in recovery himself and shares his experience, strength and hope with the men. Also, Greg is in the process of becoming a certified addiction counselor.
